Back on the road. It has been 7 weeks now since the surgery and I am finally back to taking the bus into the city. Driving in for the past month has just been amazing and I have totally been spoiled now. But so far I'm about 25 minutes into the trip and my knees are holding up pretty well. A hell of a lot better than last time I tried to take the bus. The surgery seems to have taken very well. Although I still have pain, a lot of that is just weakness and post surgery pain. All of the everyday pain I used to feel has gone away. At least I hope it has. Now the next step is getting in shape for the wedding. Unfortunately I cannot work out tony full capacity just yet, which makes losing weight that much harder, but I'm doing what I can.
So now I just sit here on the bus with the subtle sounds of people not talking in agony that I forgot my headphones at home. Wondering what will come today at work. There has been a lot going on lately. Of course, nothing I can talk about here but believe me when I saw some major shit is happening here and the climax will not be disappointing.
I guess this is a good post for now. Now that I'm back with the public transportation, I'll try to post more often.
